I grew up here in McHenry County, and this is still home for me. Most of my life now revolves around my family, my work, and being involved in the community that has given me so much.

I’m married to my wife Logan, and we have three kids who keep life full in the best way. Spending time with them is what matters most to me. Whether it’s being at home, being outside, or just being present for the everyday moments, that’s the part of life I value the most.

My faith is also an important part of who I am. It shapes how I think, how I lead, and how I try to show up for others. It’s not something I separate from my work. It’s part of the foundation behind how I make decisions and how I serve the people I get to work with.

One of the things I’ve come to really love is coaching basketball. I enjoy being around the game, but more than that, I enjoy working with kids, helping them grow, building confidence, and seeing them develop over time. There’s something meaningful about being part of that process.

My path into this work started in a more traditional way. I began my career at a large investment firm and had early success there. But over time, I realized I didn’t love how the industry often worked. It felt complicated when it didn’t need to be, and I saw people trying to make important decisions without a clear way to think through them.

In 2009, I started Fraser Wealth Management because I wanted to do it differently. I wanted to create a place where people could slow things down, think clearly, and make decisions they actually feel good about. Not just in the moment, but over time.

That’s really what my work is about now. Sitting with people, understanding what matters to them, and helping them make decisions that line up with that. The Clarity Framework™ came out of that process. Not as something theoretical, but as something practical that grew out of real conversations and real situations over the years.

I still care a lot about this community. I stay involved where I can, support local organizations, and currently serve on the board at Trinity Oaks Christian Academy.

At the end of the day, I don’t see this as a numbers business. It’s a people business. My goal is simple. Help people think clearly, stay aligned with what matters, and move forward with confidence.
