Derek Hartmann

Derek lives in Crystal Lake with his wife Becky and their two kids, Madelyn and Greyson. Most of life outside of work revolves around family, being together, and enjoying the season they are in with young kids.

He has always been someone who enjoys connection and community. Whether it is spending time with friends, playing sand volleyball, golfing, or traveling for competitive mini golf tournaments, Derek genuinely enjoys being around people and building relationships that last over time.

That same relational approach carries into his work.

Derek joined Fraser Wealth Management in 2019 and brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry. He especially enjoys helping busy professionals and families simplify areas of life that can often feel stressful or overwhelming. His approach is calm, thoughtful, and centered around helping people make decisions with clarity and confidence.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Derek takes a holistic approach to planning, helping clients make sure their financial decisions are working together as part of a bigger picture instead of feeling disconnected or reactive.

More than anything, Derek wants clients to feel understood, cared for, and confident about where they are headed.
